Project Manager - Offshore Wind Farm Installation Contracting
Based in Denmark – Overseas opportunity for South African Construction Managers
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee offshore wind farm installation contracting projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (6 - 8 years +) in managing complex land or offshore wind farm installation projects.
- Solid understanding of land or offshore wind industry regulations, processes, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
